A CASH ON DELIVERY payment method is used for orders placed in Egypt.
We also accept CREDIT CARD payments for local and international orders.
All online order payments occur after the order placement on the eshop. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an electronic invoice including shipping fees by email, and will then be able to finalize your payment.
Only when the payment has been well received will the order be processed, and the pre-ordered pieces start being handmade.
*Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information in the checkout page. The calculated shipping will be visible in your electronic invoice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In case of customer dissatisfaction, refunds or exchanges are handled through emailand accepted within 7 working days of receiving the order.
This only applies to unworn and undamaged products and does not apply to earrings due to hygiene matters.
Upon returning the piece, please allow between 12-14 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank account.
Items purchased through any of our retail stores must be refunded or exchanged with a proof of purchase from the store of purchase and are subject to the store’s individual policy.
Refunds or exchanges for delivered orders are subject to an extra shipping fee that is the responsibility of the customer.
All exchange and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
FOR ALL CAIRO ORDERS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS THE STABLE RATE OF 90EGP.
For exchanges and returns of international orders, kindly email us at email@example.com the customer service team will provide you with a return address either in France or in Egypt.
Please note that all exchange/return shipping fees along with any additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Delivery and shipping fees are always dependent on the city that the order is being shipped from and the shipping destination.
We provide a 14 days period prior to receiving the package where your piece will be exchanged and shipping for this service will be free of charge.
We also provide an 8 months guarantee for your CLUB BY FYR jewelry, where your jewelry will be repaired free of charge (except in the case of irreparable damages).
All broken items are returned to our workshops or showroom representative in Paris for inspection.
A customer service representative will contact you after the inspection is completed to inform you of the repair process and costs.
Damaged/broken items returned for fixing are only accepted when shipped to the correct address that will be communicated through email, once the customer’s return request has been made.
